Looks similar in size to Stancor P8640 autoformer transformer $89 ebay item 204075499969 which is 500VA watts outputs 2.17 amps at 230V. But this has polarized not grounded outlet. I tested it with 100W lamp with polarized plug, and measured 55 or 61 or 69 volts out with 120V in. (has 3 position rotary switch to adjust voltage). It would be 120V out with 230V in at the plug. *You also can run it backwards feed 120V into where someone wrote "250V" and the plug would output about 240 volts probably up to 2.17 amps, you need to switch plugs and outlet wires to do that permanently and safely. I'm throwing in adapter to let you plug Euro plug in the outlet, and non polarized extension cord (you could wire on instead of plug) to convert it to a step up transformer. Due to heavy weight, sold as-is no returns $5.
