This projector amplifier has been tested and is working flawlessly. The audio sounds great high and low frequency level pots work exactly as they should. There is no distortion even on full volume. Hum and noise floor are well within spec. If you are in the vintage audio world, you are probably already aware that even though an item is functioning flawlessly, presently, there is no guarantee that repairs will not be needed in the future sooner or later. Capacitors and other components, change value overtime and may at some point need to be changed. I ran this amp for approximately three hours yesterday feeding an eight ohm load to make sure there was no component breakdown during that time. Overall, this is a great warm, sounding tube amplifier.
