Blackpanel( (AA764) Champ Clone built into a 1980’s practice amp cab and chassis with new 20 watt 10” WGS Veteran speaker. The original amp was solid state. All the components were removed and the steel chassis was cut and drilled to fit the necessary parts that a single ended tube amp needs. The grill cloth was replaced with an aged new silver and black cloth that Fender used on the Blackpanel Champ. Looks quite the part in my opinion. Construction is point to point with tag strips for tidiness. It has a new Carl’s Custom 5 watt output Transformer. Power Transformer is a brandnew Champ model as well. 12ax7,6V6GT,and 5Y3 tubes. Push pull volume pot switch controls mid boost. The 10” WGS Veteran speaker is perfect for the AA764 Champ. Sounds fantastic. Great shimmering cleans and cool overdrive when pushed hard. Especially with humbuckers. It sounds like a classic Champ with a great 10” speaker. The cab produces a full sound. Not boxy like the 8” Champs. Great with pedals too. I built another one of these amps a couple years ago and it’s my favorite recording/practice amp. I know the buyer will be very happy with this one as well. Ships to contiguous USA.
