The amplifier is not performing to its full capability as well. Don't fool around with NOS capacitors unless you are looking for trouble. Our Citation II Power Supply Refurbish Kit includes All (5) twist lock capacitor cans that fit physically into the space of the originals. No drilling no clamps. These cans are both from Authenicap, German made, and from CE Dist, USA made on Mallory equipment purchased by the new manufacturer. Also the 1" C5 bias can is a custom made CTech unit direct fit. We also include 4 heavy duty diodes for the main doubler supply, a diode to replace the bias selenium rectifier, and the 2 high grade axial lead Caps for screen bypass on V1 and V4. There is an increase in each doubler cap (c1, c2) from 200 to 250 uf. C3 increases from 40 to 100 uf. C4 doubles from 50/50 to 100/100 uf. C5 doubles fro 20/20 to 50/100 uf. C6 C7 go from 4 to 22uf. C5 is now even better and easier to install. These caps are all low esr. The sound improvement is substantial. Bass is now tight instead of a mushy mess.
