I had these restored and upgraded by Mr. Matt Kamna who is a designer behind the Whammerdyne brand of amplifiers. The amps now use KT88 tubes. He also incorporated his modification [that was published in Sound Practices #10, Vol 3 # 1 page 35] that eliminated one of the small tubes. These amps have a wonderful lush tone and are in like newish condition as I have very low hours on them after the updating. The matched KT88 tubes have very low hours on them. The chassis are the cleanest and nicest I have ever seen online [sorry for white shepherd hair in photo 3]. The top covers that are not shown are in excellent condition.
