Curtis Mathes unknown model amplifier pulled from a console. I received this one as a partial trade. It is the nicest console amp I've seen. Works fine too. Comes with a quad of Amperex labeled EL84/6BQ5 outputs. In the front it has 3 RCA 7025 aka 12ax7's. It looks like it's had some capacitors replaced. The power cord looks to have been resoldered for the amp to power on once plugged in. I have no history to this. It's my opinion based on observation. No knowledge of the life of the tubes at all. The gold front panel is loose, and the knobs come off easily. Making this and easy project. A nice built cabinet is all it needs. The chassis is so shiny, it looks like it's chromed. Very clean amp.
