ALTEC 345A TUBE AMPLIFIER RESTORED NICE STANDARD SHIPPING. USED CONDITION. Nicely restored Altec 345A tube amplifier. Loaded with some Amprex El34s, Peerless transformers this amp is one of the best I have ever personally heard. If I was to make a comparison it is a little more detailed than the Mcintosh 240. The chassis was repainted prior to my owning it, so there is no writing for the connections on the back which is 8/16-ohm taps. I have references if you need them. I've been playing this on and off for the last 6 months. As much as I'd love to keep it there are too many other projects to get to and this will help pave the way to get those completed and back in action as well. There is slight patina to the faceplate and transformers etc/ missing one outlet on the back panel, but this is an amazing amplifier. Hopefully you can find the matching preamp as well!
