Hi folks, up for sale is a 1960 Toshiba 6TP-385A six transistor radio in Gray with a White back, made in Japan. This radio is now about 65 years old. This rare reverse painted classic is in good working condition and it works just as good as it looks. The grill is very shiny and the Gray plastic has no chips or cracks only the minor scratches, not bad for a radio of this age. The back has two seemingly cracked vent fins which are still joined and complete. has some staining around the volume control and on the back cover. It is a horizontal with nice civil defense marks on the dial. The chassis is very clean with no battery damage and it still has a very good original battery clip and card. This is a unique and rare Toshiba made in Japan during the great CD mark era. It has been electronically serviced and is sensitive with loud volume. I will ship it with a fresh Alkaline battery so you can enjoy it right away. Please look at all of the pictures carefully before bidding as they are part of the description. A true vintage Japanese 6 transistor radio classic that is very hard to find in this condition and price.
